City Skylines but BELOW SEA LEVEL! Then it Floods

I built an entire city below sea level in City Skylines 2 surrounded by a massive wall designed to hold back the ocean. No pumps. No filters. Just pure chaos waiting to happen. And yes... a tsunami is coming. Will the flood defenses hold, or will everything be swallowed in seconds?
