SKIDDAW GROUP - LATRIGG, LONSCALE FELL, SKIDDAW LITTLE MAN, SKIDDAW - THE NORTHERN FELLS

Unfortunatly after getting home and checking maps I realised I was not actually on Bakestall.. So i will add this one shortly in it's own short video Apologies. 🙂 This walk begins at the Under-Skiddaw car park, where you need to get very early as it fills up quick and can be a nightmare for late arrivals. A nice easy loop up to Latrigg will warm you up nicely for the main event. The path up Skiddaw itself is likened to a motorway.. Many people use it all year round and you quickly ascent. The first 30 minutes of Skiddaw path is one of the most gruelling in the lake district in my opinion but eases off after 30-45 minutes or so. A faint path breaks off towards Lonscale fell before retracing yourself back onto the main path up Little man, Skiddaw then down the north face to Bakestall.
