As I was travelling through Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, one of the things that stood out to me the most was a giant dragon corpse I could see looming in the distance. I would eventually journey there and discover that it lied at the grand altar of dragon communion and had seemingly been slain by an absolutely gigantic weapon lodged in its neck. But what could be large enough to wield such a thing?
