"I ran the 268 mile Spine Race for my partner who took his own life" - Shelli Gordon's story

We have a one amazing lady on the show tonight. Not only has she completed the 268 mile Spine race in winter across the Pennines, but she did it in memory of her partner Tony Holland who very sadly and without any warning, took his own life in 2018. Shelli owns Let’s Run the running shop in North Yorkshire which she set up with Tony in 2017. Shelli wants to open up the conversation about male suicide and mental health in general. Shelli joins us to talk about how to succeed on the Spine Race and talk openly about the very important issue mental health. Many thanks to Shelli for her strength in being able to talk about such tragic events and her work in helping raise awareness and relieve others' suffering.
