SRC: Do I Need A Label?

Dee will talk about his history in the music industry and of taking artists from emerging to the main stage at Glastonbury. He’ll tell us how he selected the right labels for his artists and secured offers, how he handled negotiations and give an insight into the big decisions that needed to be made at the time. He’ll also talk about what went well, what were the challenges of working with a label, when it was right to move on and when it was right to consider the independent route for artists.
