This is from my visit to Delhi Highway in Mumbai. Delhi Highway is a restaurant that serves authentic Punjabi food in Mumbai. It is one of the best restaurants serving North Indian Food in Mumbai and also one of the best veg restaurants in Mumbai. Their USP is their Maharaja Punjabi Thali which consists of many items including Paneer subzi, mix veg sabzi, dal tadka, vegetarian biryani, raita, gulab jamun and lots more. They even have interesting starters which includes a vegetarian kebab platter and also tomato dhaniya shorba and gol gappa shots. You should definitely try out this Punjabi Thali in Mumbai.
