Is Your F-150 AC Fan Making Noise? Mine Is.

In this video I show the problem I have with my 2013 Ford F-150 Larat truck's air-conditioner. Whenever I turn the fan speed up the air-conditioner makes a terrible noise, and the dash vibrates. I don't mean a little noise but big vibrations and noise. I do a little research and find that Ford f-150's have a common problem with the air-conditioner vent selector where the motor that moves a flap to select recycled air or fresh air brakes a piece of plastic that falls into the fan motor causing it to become unbalanced and make noise and vibrate. I take out the fan motor and sure enough that is the problem. So I order the flapper and a new fan motor to install at a later date. #DIYhomefront, #f150problems, #fordtrucks
