The plaintiff purchased a home from the defendant. He says the home had trash in front of it and he asked the defendant to remove it, but he never did. The plaintiff ended up hiring someone to get rid of the material, so he’s suing for the cost of the removal. The defendant argues he could’ve had the sanitation department take it away for free, so he doesn’t think he owes the plaintiff anything.
