Ready to try this filling and very practical recipe with its wonderful aroma? ✨ Ingredients 1 cup homemade noodles 🍝 (ideal for 5 servings) 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 🍶 1 tablespoon butter 🧈 1 medium onion (finely chopped) 🧅 1 tablespoon tomato paste 🍅 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon dried mint 🌿 1.5 liters pre-boiled water 💧 Preparation Steps 1. Add the vegetable oil and butter to a deep soup pot. Heat over medium heat until the butter melts. 🔥 2. Add the finely chopped onions to the melted butter. Sauté until the onions soften and turn pink. A wonderful aroma will fill your kitchen! 😋 3. Add the tomato paste to the sautéed onions. Continue sautéing for about 1-2 minutes until the aroma of the paste is released. This is an important step to deepen the flavor of your soup. 👌 4. Carefully add 1.5 liters of pre-boiled hot water to the pot. Stir and wait for the water to boil. ♨️ 5. Once the water starts boiling, add your homemade noodles to the pot.
