The route we took was bengaluru - Ramnagar - mandya - mysuru - hunsur - khushalnagar - Coorg We are planning to visit the Namdroling Monastery, also called Golden temple in Bylakuppe. It is a must visit place and has a lot to offer. As it’s enroute coorg, better to visit the place before reaching the destination. The total distance to khusharnagara is approximately 230 kms. Most of the roads are 4 lane+ and rest of the journey is on single lane but the road conditions are pretty good. Our plan for the day is to visit the golden temple and have lunch there. Then will start for coorg The wanderers… As you can see the majestic mysore expressway is not yet complete, it is a 119 km long Bengaluru Mysuru expressway. Best part about it is access controlled and 6-10 lanes and most important is the view a sight to the sore eyes.
