Now it is called an art block, when a person wants to draw, but cannot. In this video, I talk in detail about what an art block is, what components it can be divided into, what a long stay in a state of art block leads to, about how a person can, without realizing it, lead to even greater degradation, from the fact that he simply cannot cope with this problem. And I also talk about the moments that helped me get out of the art block. Of course, if a person suffers from both depression and art block, if he has the opportunity, then it is better for him to seek help from a psychologist. Yes, I did not have the opportunity to go to the doctor, I had to cope on my own. It was not easy, because I could not draw for several years. However, I learned a lot from this experience and here I would like to tell and share my experience of how I fought with art block and how I got rid of art block to start drawing again.
