Cortex basic setup part 1

This is the install and programming of a Cortex using the wireloom and out of the box stock settings. See part two for surface checks and initial gain settings in the radio. I used 3M outdoor tape to secure and mount the Cortex. One layer on electric planes is fine, for gas I am going to try 2 layers and see.
