Project Clubsport enters the next phase! Today, we are shifting the balance of this daily driver (BMW 120i) even further into a hardcore track car with a substantial list of performance upgrades. Among other things, we are installing a half roll cage, an OS Giken limited-slip differential, a set of brand-new rims with slicks, and a significant brake upgrade to prepare the car for serious track work. Curious how we improve the grip, safety, and driveability of Project Clubsport? In this video, we take you step-by-step through all the installations and modifications. Today's upgrades: • Grip & Look: A set of brand-new track rims mounted on a set of hardcore slicks for maximum traction. • Drivetrain & Handling: An OS Giken limited-slip differential with a shorter gear ratio to get the power perfectly onto the asphalt. • Safety: Installation of a half roll cage and professional 6-point harnesses. • Braking Power: A complete brake upgrade using brakes from a BMW 130i. • Interior: A new sports steering wheel for a more direct steering feel.
