I invite you to begin by taking a moment to tune in with your heart and to give your body permission to process and release any energy that would benefit from being cleared with this healing. We only clear energy that is in the highest good to clear. As you set your own personal intentions, take a moment to always align your intention with the highest good so that your spirit guides and angel guardians can assist in the healing process. When we do this we help to activate an intelligence far greater than our conscious mind. You might want to take a moment before you watch this video to set a personal intention for yourself today. This could be something general such as setting the intention to be present, or to ground your energy. It could be more specific such as calling in help for an issue or block you are working through. Or it could even be an intention to help a loved one who is going through something, as you receive this healing. Light language works through sound currents that break down energy blocks within your body, and energy body. It works at a spiritual level, however the impact is felt on all levels of your being body, mind and spirit. I prefer to lie down and close my eyes when I receive light language healing. Tune in with what you need today. If possible listen to the light language fully in one sitting. Return to this healing as often as needed. Please note that you may have varying reactions to a light language healing. There can be a purge element during or for several days following an experience with light language. These purges are usually brief and will pass quickly leaving you with more life force energy. You may even feel uncomfortable at times during this healing as the light language is sifting through an energy block in order to retain the lesson and wisdom and release the toxin. As the sifting takes place there might be resistance. This will clear after a few minutes at most. Healing our blocks can be likened to renovating a house. At times during the process we might think the mess is worse than when we had just left everything as it was. But if we persist, over time the changes start to be noticeable and new and tangible beauty emerges. Your new form is being built by your own loving presence.
