Dec. 2022 Journey to Fukui in the Hokuriku Region Restaurant Miyazaki I actually saw this restaurant on TV and thought, "I absolutely have to go there!" and "I want to eat Echizen crab here!" I made a reservation six months in advance (although it turns out you don't have to make a reservation that far in advance), and that's how this trip was decided. Looking at the restaurant's Instagram, I see that quite a few celebrities have visited. I also like the fact that they don't have autographed autographs or anything like that. This restaurant made me want to go back even for more than just the crab dishes.
