Flavor of Love's Hottie: Turning Chicken into Checks

She was unbothered and eccentric, which often got her into funny conflicts with the girls in the house, especially with Tiffany Pollard, aka New York. Hottie always had dreams of making it as an actress, and got small roles on shows like Gilmore Girls and CSI Miami. She was also on another reality dating show called Blind Date. Hottie's big break of course, came on Flavor of Love. Though she says she was basically improvving and acting the entire time (which Flav knew), she still managed to give us some golden tv moments. Her most popular was probably when she served Flav a raw chicken covered in noodles, marshmallows, and raisins. She also had an ICONIC argument with New York where she claimed the girls in the house were jealous because she looked like Beyonce, to which New York responded she looked like Luther Vandross. After being eliminated, Hottie landed a spot on Charm School, a spin off hosted by Monique, meant to reform some of the alums from the first 2 seasons of Flavor of Love. Hottie was eventually eliminated after being framed for stealing. Afterwards, she continued with small acting roles and eventually co founded her own company, New Vista Studios. Schatar runs the company with her husband. She also had her own short lived show, called Poultry Princes, in which she cooked various forms of poultry, which she'd learned to do since her time on Flavor of Love. Hottie has always been proud of her time on reality television, and is thankful that she's gone down in pop culture history.
