'We absolutely love it:' Mardi Gras celebration brings thousands to Soulard

Tens of thousands of people flooded the streets of Soulard on Saturday to celebrate Mardi Gras. It was the 44th year the neighborhood hosted Mardi Gras celebrations. A lot of the usual traditions were in place, but a few things looked a little different.
