Ayam Bumbu Bali - Resep Ayam Simple Dengan Bumbu Bali

BALINESE SPICY CHICKEN Rudy Choirudin's recipe INGREDIENTS 1 4 cloves of garlic 7 shallots 3 candlenuts 3 cm galangal 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 tsp Desaku chili powder (equivalent to 9 fresh red chilies) 6 tbsp water INGREDIENTS 2 5 tbsp cooking oil, for sautéing 4 lime leaves 2 tomatoes, quartered and finely chopped 1/2 chicken (500 grams), cut into 8 pieces 8 pieces of fried tofu 1 tbsp grated palm sugar 1 tsp granulated sugar 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 seedless tamarind marble 300 ml water HOW TO MAKE 1. Puree the garlic, shallots, candlenuts, salt, galangal, Desaku chili powder, and water (ingredients 1) Then, sauté until fragrant. Add the lime leaves and sauté again until fragrant and cooked through. 2. Add the tomatoes and chicken and cook until the chicken changes color. 3. Add the tofu, brown sugar, granulated sugar, soy sauce, and tamarind, and stir well. 4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Then, reduce the heat and cover the pan, cooking until the spices have reduced by 20%. 5.
