RadioMaster TX16S Review & Thoughts

Thinking of getting a RadioMaster TX16S Transmitter? Here are my thoughts and full review of this powerful yet amazing valued computerized 16 channel, multi-protocol OpenTX radio system with voice and telemetry. It even has a built in spectrum analyzer. All this for $200 USD! This is the Hall version of the TX16S which has the 4.3" color touchscreen display and hall effect gimbals. Other TX16S Hall versions now include carbon, gold & silver cases along with their MAX Edition which have color matched anodizing & leather side grips. All versions of the Radio Master TX16S ship with OpenTX already installed and include a 256MB micro SD card. All you need to supply is a 2S LiPo that will fit the large battery bay, or two 18650 lithium cells in the included holder. The TX16S is pretty much ready to use out of the box. The TX16S RadioMaster transmitter uses a built in multi protocol module with 4 RF chips allowing you to fly & control most of the popular brands of radio protocols out there including Futaba S-FHSS, Spektrum DSM2/X, Hitec, FrSky, FlySky, Traxxas, Hubsan, HoTT, Assan, HiSky, Esky & many others with more on the way. TBS Crossfire is also supported with the addition of a Crossfire module. The features, value & quality are amazing at this price point; and if you're in the market for a low cost, yet powerful OpenTX RC radio system with built in multi-protocol module, the TX16S is definitely worth checking out.
