Hello Lovelies, this is one of my favorite ways of making my delicious & yummy Nigerian Egusi soup. This recipe it’s so easy and I hope you try it out. Ingredients: 1 cup palm oil 2 Vine tomatoes Medium sized onions 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper 1 Red Bell Pepper (Tatashe) 1.5 - 2 cups Whole Egusi 1.5 - 2 Maggi Cube of choice 3 Tablespoons Crayfish Powder 2-3 Tablespoons dried bitter Leaf 1-2 Cups Chopped Kale Leave (Any leaf) 2 Dried Smoked fish (Any dried fish is fine) Meats: Ponmo, Lamb (Use whatever Meats you Like) Quarter Teaspoon of powder Chili Pepper (Optional) Salt to taste ▪️ VISIT OUR AMAZON STORE - https://www.amazon.com/shop/delightfu...
