Conditioning Exercise of the Week (4) - Rings Circuit for Junior Gymnasts

This week I would like to share a specific circuit for Rings. I use this circuit 2 to 3 times a week with my junior gymnasts. In this particular circuit we vary straight arm exercises with bent arm exercises. You will also notice that there are no handstand type elements in this circuit - we have a separate circuit for handstand on rings and handstand type elments. Enjoy! www.gymnasticsplanet.co.uk
