The plaintiff used to live in the projects with the defendant, and when she got kicked out of her recent place for owning a firearm, the defendant offered to store her furniture for her. However, now the defendant won’t give that furniture back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits to having two of the plaintiff’s couches, but says she was given the items to keep, not store.
