Cara Delevingne arrives to the 2026 Met Gala feeling 'very naked' in her version of a little black dress! The 'Vogue' livestream host reveals she's not wearing any underwear beneath her custom Ralph Lauren gown. The look, which features an embroidered peacock on the totally sheer back side, embodies the event's 'Fashion is Art' theme. Cara also explains why she's 'nervous' about her music debut with the forthcoming singles 'I Forgot' and 'Out of My Head,' arriving soon. The supermodel-turned-rocker kicks off an 11-city tour in Berlin on June 1.
