[Si Racha Gourmet] I walked around the city hotel area and tried the locally popular Yen Ta Fo (pink Thai noodles)! This time, I'm introducing a popular local restaurant within walking distance of the city hotel. I left the hotel and headed to my destination, enjoying the streets of Si Racha. Along the way, there were convenience stores and a local food street, allowing me to experience the charm of Si Racha just by walking. I had the "Yen Ta Fo," characterized by its vibrant pink soup. For only 40 baht, it was incredibly generous with ingredients, including squid, fish paste, and fried shrimp! The balance of sourness and spiciness was excellent, and the fermented bean curd flavor wasn't too strong, making it a very easy-to-eat bowl.
