Simple Sautéed Baby Portabello Mushrooms 16 ounces baby portobello mushrooms cut into quarters Slice and mince 4 cloves of garlic Cut 3 tablespoon cold unsalted butter into small cubes ¼ cup dry white wine of choice (I used Chardonnay) 2 Tablespoon oyster sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon chopped parsley French Baguette Cut into ¼ inch slice Dip in olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Enjoy :)
