Wild Summer - A Flyfishingstory from Sweden

This film is a reflection of a summer spent chasing new water, light, and moments that only exist for a short while. Together we traveled through the northern parts of Scandinavia. Sometimes far, sometimes close to home. We fished at night, crossed valleys, changed plans, and followed curiosity more than certainty. Not every place delivered. Some nights were quiet, some were unforgettable. But failure, at least to us, was never about empty nets, it was about showing up, learning, and seeing places we might never return to. Rainbow Valley treated us kindly. Other rivers tested our patience. We crossed borders, drove long roads, slept little, and shared silence with people who understand without explanation. Fly fishing is more than what we do, it’s how we choose to live. A reason to slow down, to explore, and to keep coming back to the water again and again. Thank you for watching.
