How to Do This and That - Locking Combinations

Steps for the "This and That" Combination --------------------------------------------------------------------- This combination uses the moves of the high boot, the hitchhiker and the take it on down. 1. Start off the combination with the high boot. Move your left hand behind your head and drop your right hand behind you. Bend your left knee, moving all your weight onto it. At the same time, kick up your right leg. 2. Bring your right leg down and move into the hitchhiker. Turn out your left foot and lean back on your right leg. At the same time, move your right hand up and back as if you were hitchhiking. 3. From the hitchhiker, swing your body downwards in the direction of your left leg. Bring your right knee to rest on the ground. Extend your right arm across your body to the left side. 4. Cross your weight to the other side by continuing your swing to the right side.
