Starfield Trade Wars Review – The Best FREE Gameplay Overhaul?
In this video, I review the full Trade Wars mod suite for Starfield – a set of four free mods on Creations that completely change how you play the game. Instead of grinding outposts and mining rocks, every combat encounter becomes a resource run. Enemies drop Scrap Tokens you can convert into crafting materials, you deconstruct captured weapons into components, craft hundreds of new weapon variants, brew powerful buffs, and with Galaxy At War, almost every planet turns into a live warzone with dynamic multi‑faction battles. In this review I break down each mod: Trade Wars: Merchant Intelligence Division (MID) – Scrap Token economy, Montara Luna HQ, lore and progression Community Supply Charter – ~180 lore‑friendly weapon variants and a full salvage system Supply Charter REDUX – more weapons, new loot, consumables and permanent buffs, save‑file friendly deconstruction Galaxy At War – micro‑POIs and combat encounters between POIs that make planets feel truly alive I’ll cover what they do, how they all work together, the pros and cons (like workbench clutter, drop rates, and balance), the recommended load order, and finally whether this suite deserves a spot in your Starfield loadout.
