For the ganache: 1/3 cup milk with 1 cup grated or finely chopped dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter. Boil the milk and melt the chocolate with the butter. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. You can also make a cream ganache: 1 cup cream, 1 cup chocolate. Melt well and refrigerate until firm. Pour over the lazy cake.
