British Rail Merseyrail-Class 507 & 508 EMUs in the Snow with Semaphores 1994

As the class 507 & 508 EMUs are on borrowed time we have a winter vid now from the Merseyrail network taken on 23 Feb 1994. Lime Street was blocked by snow so the way into Merseyside was via Chester where this vid starts. Next up was Southport and a few stations heading back south. At the time semaphore signalling and Absolute Block working still reigned supreme on the line although in the summer the Sandhills Signalling Centre took over control.
