Férias nos EUA Não São Como no Brasil: Olha a Diferença

Today I'm at Universal Studios Florida on Memorial Day, a holiday here in the United States, and I took the opportunity to explain how vacation time works for an American worker. In Brazil, many people are used to the idea of 30 consecutive days of vacation. Here in the US, the logic can be quite different: in many companies you accumulate PTO hours, which is like a time bank, and you can use those days more flexibly. In this video I show a real example: I took a week off, combined it with the holiday and the weekend, and in the end I'll be off work for 9 days using only 4 days of my PTO. I also show a bit of the Universal entrance, ticket prices in 2026, and what the park was like during the holiday. And you, do you prefer to take 30 consecutive days off like in Brazil or do you prefer to use your vacation time gradually as happens here in the US? Leave a comment telling me how it works at your company. #FeriasNosEUA #PTO #VidaNosEUA #UniversalOrlando #BrasileirosNosEUA #MemorialDay #Orlando #VidaInfinitaUSA
