Revival of traditional Araish Thappi Lohi Lime Plaster 2019

Thannal family is happy to present the second Araish (Arayash) Lime Plaster Workshop with master masons from Rajasthan, India. Araish is a traditional Lime Plaster on the Haveli's of Rajasthan, on which Frescos were made in detail. Master masons from Sardarshahar, a town in the heart of Thar desert traveled thousands of kilometers to our campus in Tiruvannamalai, to teach various people about this vanishing art form.
