Just one glimpse of a stupa can plant a karmic seed. In worldly terms, a stupa is a useless object, but on a subliminal level it can be very powerful. In this teaching, Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche introduces a range of practical meditation techniques to build the “inner stupa” inside ourselves, so that we can become “moving stupas,” benefiting all beings who interact with us.
