DIY SCOPE REPAIR PART I

DIY SCOPE REPAIR is a 3 part video in which I demonstrate the disassembly, repair and adjustment of a variable magnification rifle scope. The video covers the entire scope including how to disassemble the erector as well as pointing out problems that may affect accuracy. I also describe how to make the specialized tools needed from materials that you may already have in the shop or garage. While it’s impossible to cover every scope design this video will give you a general knowledge of the inner workings of a scope and how it is assembled. Like me you may have to learn some things through trial and error. Part I covers disassembly.
