Cyberpunk 2077, released way back in 2020, has undergone a massive transformation! I'm returning to Night City after a long break (I last played in 2023) to assess how much the main game has changed and, of course, to play through the new major expansion, Phantom Liberty. Will Cyberpunk 2077 finally live up to all expectations?
