This video recounts the intimidation I suffered at the hands of María Elena Naddeo, the Gender Advocate of the Buenos Aires City Ombudsman's Office. Among other things, she reproached me for "questioning concepts that have been established in the social consciousness and even in legislation." In other words, she accused me of performing the task of a philosopher, which is precisely to question the ideas that underpin the social consciousness of their time, often reflected in legislation that evolves based on changes in philosophical, legal, and social thought. Regarding gender activism, this has been done by philosophers such as Peggy Sastre and Christina Hoff Sommers, among many other researchers worldwide.
