High School Wrestling rules #12: Stalling

This is the 12th video in the series explaining high school wrestling rules (I promise I don't have a lisp, but for some reason, the audio makes me sound like I do). The topic for this video is Stalling. Stalling can occur in the neutral, top or bottom positions. Stalling can also occur during the match or if there is a break in the action. This video shows several examples of stalling, but as with anything in wrestling, it will be called situation by situation. This video series is great way for parents/guardians to learn the rules of high school wrestling as well as beginners in to the sport as well. My guide is the 2018/2019 NFHS (National Federation of High Schools) Wrestling Rules Book & Case Manual. I am a Level 3 KHSAA (Kentucky High School Athletic Association) wrestling referee.
