BOUNDARIES WITH SOCIAL MEDIA | how to know if you have a problem and how to fix it

You ever just have one of those days?! me too. Today is one of them. I feel like everything is frustrating me today (the majority of it for no reason) and maybe I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed or maybe something else but regardless I don't want to spend my entire day being mad at the world. I think I'm going to get outside to get some fresh air, leave my phone at home and pray for a bit... And no, I'm not just saying this because of the topic of this video haha. This is real life. Tori and I want you to know that we practice the same advice we give you and not because we are testing hypothesis as some kind of science experiment, we practice this advice because we need it. Life definitely has it's peaks and valleys and lately it has felt like we are falling up the peak if that makes sense... Like I'm not mad about where we are, but it's been difficult to get there and continue upward. I did get a timely text from a close friend of mine this morning who sent me this scripture...Proverbs 19:21 "Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand." Funny how much harder verses hit when you are struggling with that specific topic. I think I just have too many things in my mind and I need to let go of control of them...
