Today I joined Radio Kerry to discuss the proposed changes to speed limits in built-up and urban areas across County Kerry. Road safety is something we all want to improve, but the question is whether these proposals are the right solution. In this interview, I explain why I believe some of the proposed changes are confusing, ineffective, and do not tackle the real issues affecting road safety.
