Timelapse Colored Pencil Challenge | Derwent Inktense

Hello! I’ve always used mixed media in my creative practice, which I really enjoy doing. I’ve decided to challenge myself by using only one material; in this video I’m using ​⁠Derwent Inktense colored pencils. In my usual mixed media work, I use them for softer outline marks.This time I will be using them for the entire piece, along with water since they are water soluble which allows you to get a watercolor effect 😊. I’m happy I tried these with water since I do love the simplicity of one flexible material, however I now know I prefer them as just outlining material and not with water.
