This is a 7800 sqft contemporary masterpiece, carefully designed for Mr. Rahim and family, nestled in a generous 55-cent plot at Mathilakam, near Kodungallur in Kerala. Even though this residence follows the core principles of pure contemporary architecture—minimalism, openness, and function—we’ve gone a step ahead. This project breaks away from the rigid grid of straight-line designs. With strategically placed inclined walls and geometric cuttings, we’ve introduced a bold visual rhythm while staying true to contemporary ideals.
