Evacuation Practice 2
Today was evacuation loading practice, and it was definitely a humbling experience. It's one thing to have a plan on paper and another to put it into action under pressure. We learned a lot about what worked, what didn't, and how important it is to rethink our grouping and loading order to make things smoother and safer. Practice like this isn't about being perfect—it's about finding the weak spots before an emergency happens. Every drill makes us a little more prepared, and that's time well spent. If you own livestock or equines, I highly encourage practicing your evacuation plan before you ever need it.
