I'm working on a Mario Kart 7 custom music hack pack! Here are the custom songs I have so far in some online races! For unmodded 3DS's, follow the HANS method, 3DS's with custom follow the NTR CFW method. Post in that thread for help. Homebrew access and installing custom firmware: https://3ds.guide/ Just follow "Homebrew Launcher" and stop for homebrew access, follow the entire guide to get custom firmware. Future 3DS firmware versions might not able to install these temporarily.
