Cyberpunk Cyberware And Fake Skin Tutorial For Larp Or Cosplay
LarpMix Merchandise! Help me buy a clothes iron and support the channel with cool gear! https://my-store-11461686.creator-spr... In this video Maxx shows you how to make a piece of cyberware for your Cyberpunk or Shadowrun larp, cosplay or costume. This type of appliance can also be used in near future, dystopian, post-apocalyptic, sci-fi, space or any other genre where such items could be imagined. There are many ways to approach this piece of your costume or make up, so feel free to experiment. If you intend to wear an item like this multiple times, or for more then just a few hours, consider encasing the electronics portion in a safe resin so that the electronic pieces cannot come in contact with your skin. For the fake skin portion, feel free to experiment with using this low cost alternative for all sorts of larp possibilities. After lining the underside with a custom cut piece of vinyl glove, I adhered it using spirit glue and it held just fine. I'd suggest leaving a bit more of the fake skin then I did, as it made it harder to attach. If you make any of these items, I'd love to see what you come up with. Just be safe and smart when creating your items. The best part about this build, is that it was totally free. I found the old video card, I already had gloves, paint, glue and spirit gum. Even without any of the items, this would still be a low cost and simple build anyone can do. **Remember that electronics contain all kinds of toxic things, like lead, beryllium, mercury, cadmium and who knows what else. So, be smart when choosing your piece, wear protective gear when working with it and be sure nothing is ever adhered directly to the skin. Especially avoid monitors and television electronics. There should always be an impermeable layer between your skin and the piece. Check it every time you wear it to make sure there are no rips. If you don't feel comfortable with this, find an alternative. This video is for entertainment purposes only and should never be recreated by anyone at any time, professional or not. Any attempt to recreate this item for personal use is at your own risk.** Please Like, Comment, Subscribe and Share my videos!
