ARENA SPORTS SHOW | Lerumo Lions will be in the PSL soon: Sibongile Marokana

In the 103rd episode of the Arena Sports Show, host Clauiee Grace Mpanza and regular guest Mahlatse Mphahlele are joined by Lerumo Lions owner Sibongile Marokana for a wide ranging interview about running the club in the Motsepe Foundation Championship. Marokana, who is breaking ground as a female club owner in the professional ranks in South African football, talked about the challenges of running an outfit, how she finds players and how she is involved in technical matters. She spoke about the how they have managed to save the status of the club with two league matches to spare and their plans for next season where they will be pushing for promotion to the PSL. She also talked about her passion of starting a women's team, Lerumo Lionesses, where she wants to give young girls a chance to realise their dreams.
