Long isolated, this seaside town in Côte d'Ivoire has become, in just a few years, one of the country's new hubs for real estate investment. The major turning point was the inauguration of the Philippe Yacé Bridge in 2015, which replaced the old ferry and facilitated access to the town. Since then, the real estate market has experienced a veritable boom: • Land prices have increased tenfold to fifteenfold in less than 10 years. • A 600 m² plot of land can now fetch 15 to 20 million CFA francs. • New residential neighborhoods are under development. • Luxury villa rentals are attracting tourists. Thanks to its beaches, its proximity to the Ébrié Lagoon, and its still-pristine natural environment, Jacqueville is also becoming a popular weekend destination.
