If you have used social networks in the past few months, you could not help but notice the real hysteria that has flared up around the topic of labor migration to Ukraine. At the same time, there were no migrants themselves, and there are none. There is indeed a need for jobs in Ukraine. According to various estimates, the economy needs from 4.5 million to 8.6 million workers. Some of them can actually be found within the country, attracting those people who are currently unemployed for one reason or another. However, it is likely that some workers will have to be sought on the international market. Will labor migrants from other countries go to Ukraine? Will Ukrainian refugees return to live and work in Ukraine? And how can Ukraine compete for people in a world where most countries have their own demographic problems?
