Present Value of a DELAYED Annuity (**IMPORTANT**)

Sometimes annuities are delayed, i.e. the first cash flow occurs MORE than one period from today. In this video I show how one can go about using the present value of annuity formula to determine the present value of delayed annuities. This is an extremely important extension of present value of annuity principle. I strongly recommend you spend some time understanding this. ABOUT ME: My name is Atif Ikram.
