Hebrews 3 14 If we hold firmly to the conviction we had at the beginning until the end, we will become fellow participants with Christ. 15 For Scripture says, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did when you provoked him to anger.” 16 Who was it that provoked him to anger? Was it not all those who followed Moses out of Egypt? 17 And to whom was God angry for forty years? Was it not to those who disobeyed? 19 Therefore it is clear that they were unable to enter because of their unbelief. Numbers 13 30 Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession of the land; we are able to conquer it.” 31 But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up and attack the people.
