美しすぎるまるで源氏物語 城南宮 “曲水の宴” (解説付き),kyoto

The elegant Kyokusui no En was held by a stream winding its way through a Heian-period garden. Kyokusui-no-En is an annual event that is representative of Kyoto and is a reenactment of the poetry festivals held at court during the Nara and Heian periods (710-794). The elegant world of the imperial court was reproduced for about an hour under the fresh green sky. What is Shiraibyo? What is Kyokusui no En? What is Kyokusui-no-ye? Kyokusui no En is held on April 29 every year. In 2024, it was held by lottery with advance registration. For more information, please refer to the official website.
